Was Resident Evil 6’s Story Really Bad? – Before You Play Resident Evil 9 Requiem

Okay. Deep breath. We’re on part 15 of our recap of the Resident Evil series, and here, we’re going to talk about the colossal mess that is Resident Evil 6. Don’t get us wrong- there are things to like about the game, primarily among them being the fact that it is straight up just a really fun action game and a great co-op experience (though that does come at the cost of the series’ horror roots).

But where its story is concerned, RE6 is nothing short of a complete mess. We are, however, going to do our best to present it as cohesively as possible.
