The first batches of canned onion soup are already coming off the line, marking the transition from raw crop sales to higher-value food processing.
As freshly harvested red beets are delivered directly from the field to the factory, production volume increases. With finished goods accumulating on pallets, we shift into active sales mode. A platform trailer is attached, and pallets of canned onion soup and processed red beets are loaded for delivery, converting field output into immediate revenue.
Instead of spending profits passively, we reinvest strategically. Two new trailers are purchased and coupled together, effectively forming a road freight train. Attached to the truck, this setup significantly increases transport capacity per trip. Larger loads mean fewer interruptions, reduced downtime for the combine harvester, and faster overall harvest progression.
With improved logistics in place, field-to-factory transport becomes more efficient and consistent. After several high-capacity hauling cycles, the red beet harvest is completed. The final loaded trailer is delivered to the canning factory, ensuring maximum throughput and preparing the next wave of processed goods for sale.
This episode reinforces the farm’s evolving structure: integrated vegetable production, food processing, and optimized transport working as one synchronized system.
