Welcome back to the Judith Plains Montana Farm Timelapse. Today’s priority is stabilizing the raw material supply chain across all active production facilities. We begin with internal logistics, using trucks to transport potatoes and sugar beets from storage warehouses to processing factories. Since our warehouses and factories are strategically located in the same industrial zone, transport time is minimal, allowing us to move several hundred thousand liters of crops efficiently. By the end of the run, the potato warehouse is completely cleared and production lines are fully stocked.
Next, we shift to livestock logistics. Tankers are attached to trucks, and we collect milk from our farms for delivery to the dairy plant, ensuring continuous dairy production and preventing storage overflow.
With the potato chip factory supplied, attention turns to oil production. Our facilities require both sunflower oil and rapeseed oil, and with a mature rapeseed field ready for harvest, we mobilize a dual-combine operation. Two combines are deployed in a coordinated formation, moving sequentially with a slight offset to maintain constant harvesting flow and eliminate downtime.
The synchronized system works as planned. By the end of the session, four trailers are nearly full of canola seeds. The loaded trucks transport the harvest directly to the oil mill, where the crop is unloaded for processing, reinforcing another key link in our integrated production chain.
